Five Axis CNC Controller is a general purpose CNC controller for up to 5 linear as well as rotary axis. The controller is such that axis type i.e. Linear as well rotary can be configured by the user apart from the number of limit switch to activate in case required axis is less than 5. The controller is capable of up to 0.01mm/0.1° accuracy in all the five axis. Further the acceleration values of each axis can be defined separately to enable better control over the system as rotary axis can generally have higher acceleration values as compared to the linear axis. The controller has a LCD display for display of parameters along with bi directional rotary encoder for fast and efficient control of the machine options and jogging operation.
